To note the rules of procedure relating to determinations of licenses for sexual entertainment venues.

This hearing was originally scheduled for 7^th September 2016 but was postponed until 6^th October 2016.  The earlier submissions from 7th September have not been recirculated as part of this agenda.  They can be viewed at http://democracy.towerhamlets.gov.uk/mgCommitteeDetails.aspx?ID=324 

The hearing commenced on 6^th October but was adjourned at the request of the Licensing Committee to allow further information to be obtained.  The new information is attached at the back of this agenda pack. 

Subsequent to the adjournment, new information has also come to light which is presented in the attached officer report for the Licensing Committee’s consideration.
