The Committee unanimously agreed to adjourn this hearing at the request of the Licensee due to new information that was made aware of to all parties very late on the process. The Licensee felt that they needed sufficient time to prepare that would not prejudice their case, Democratic Services shall liaise with all parties to arrange a new date for the hearing and arrange an extraordinary Licensing Committee.
