Cabinet - Expired, 2023

Forthcoming Decisions Publication
In line with the Local Authorities (Executive Arrangements) (Meetings and Access to Information) (England) Regulations 2012, Tower Hamlets has a system to publish notices of forthcoming decisions.

The Forthcoming Decisions Plan (or 'Forward Plan') will be published at least 28 days before each Cabinet meeting setting out information on all the Key Decisions that are expected to be taken at that meeting, along with other Cabinet decisions where known. The precise definition of a Key Decision adopted by Tower Hamlets is contained in Section 3 of the Council's Constitution (see the link on the left). Publication dates for future Forthcoming Decision Plans are available on the Cabinet web pages. In advance of being published on the new Plan, individual notices of new Key Decisions will be published as they are known and these are listed as New Issues.

Exempt Reports
The Council is also required to give at least 28 days' notice if it wished to consider any of the reports on the agenda of an Executive meeting (such as Cabinet) in private session. The last row of each item will indicate any proposal to consider that item in private session. Should you wish to make any representations in relation to the meeting being held in private for the consideration of this item, please contact Democratic Services on the contact details listed on the front page.
