Decision maker: Mayor's Executive Decision Making Decision: 12 May 20 Lead officer: Jennifer Peters Decision status: Recommendations Approved Notice of proposed decision first published: 16/04/2020 Reason for urgency: Under the neighbourhood planning regulations, the Council has five weeks to take a decision on whether or not to implement Examiners' recommendations from date of receipt. The Examiner's recommendations were recieved on 14 April and notice of this decision was published on 16 April. However, allowing for the Council's Call In period, this decision must be taken by 12 May if a decision is to be implemented within the 5 week period. Therefore it was not possible to provide the full 28 days' notice. It has been possible to provide 24 days' notice however. Anticipated restriction: Open (Unrestricted) -
