spatial planning policy framework for development in the Borough.
Its purpose is to direct the determination of planning applications
and positively plan for the development and infrastructure
requirements to meet the needs of existing and future
communities.
It is now necessary to adopt the Local Plan to ensure the Council
has a robust and up to date spatial planning policy
framework.
