Local Community Fund

mitigating the negative impact identified in the Equality Analysis
of the voluntary and community sector (VCS) funding programme, the
Local Community Fund agreed at Cabinet on 31st July 2019, including
the extension of mainstream grants (MSG) funding to a number of
services from 1 October 2019 to 31 March 2020 and establishing new
themes for the council’s small grants programme.
The report also provides details of the other MSG transitional
arrangements agreed in principle at Cabinet on 31st July
2019.
