Tower Hamlets Graffiti and Street Art Policy
This report presents the council’s
Graffiti and Street Art Policy. It sets out our approach for an
increased focus on removing illegal, antisocial and offensive
graffiti whilst leaving approved street art in place. Tackling
graffiti is a growing problem across the borough with an urgent
need to reduce the negative impact it has on local areas and
quality of life for residents and businesses.
