The Tower Hamlets Education Partnership was
established as a company and charity separate to the council as a
mechanism to support and improve schools. The THEP’s annual
activity report and audited accounts are reported to Cabinet to
enable appropriate governance of the organisation by the council as
agreed in the seed funding agreed by Cabinet.
