MSG Revised monitoring arrangements
This report seeks approval on revising the
monitoring arrangements for the Mainstream Grant. It is proposed
that arrangements will include a lighter touch approach to
monitoring which is dependent on the value of grants to
organisations.
The approach is expected to be implemented from 1st September 2018,
in line with the extension of the MSG programme.
