Reason for urgency:
The two organisations that this report related to (Our Base and Pollyanna Training Theatre have recently progressed requirements needed for the release of their MSG grants. In the case Our Base, they have shown a willingness to enter into and conclude a property agreement with the Council. Pollyanna Training Theatre have submitted additional information regarding engaging with BAME beneficiaries, this was requested by the GDSC at their meeting on the 6th February 2018.
