Neighbourhood Planning: Isle of Dogs Neighbourhood Plan - 2017 to 2031 - Legal Compliance and Examination Stage
To agree that the submission of the draft Isle of Dogs Neighbourhood Plan is legally compliant and should be publicised for consultation and taken forward to examination.
To also agree that the Council, in consultation with the Isle of Dogs Neighbourhood Forum, should appoint a suitable independent examiner.
To delegate authority to respond to the consultation to the Divisional Director of Planning and Building Control, in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Strategic Development and Waste and the Mayor.

Consultation process
As required by the regulations, following the Cabinet decision the Council will undertake a further 6 week consultation on the draft Plan and submission documents.
This will include the documents being made available at the Town Hall, Canary Wharf Idea Store, Cubitt Town Library and the Council’s Website. A public notice will be published in the local press, and interested persons on the Council’s Planning Policy database will be informed.
Has an Equality Analysis been carried out and if so the result of this Assessment?: No - an EQIA screening has been undertaken which indicates a full EQIA is not required before implementation.
