To agree the two options put forward in the report for awarding business rate relief for the consultation with local businesses and business groups and GLA.

This decision will be taken under urgency procedures.
Reason for urgency:
There have been delays from central government on the final details of the scheme parameters and with software suppliers providing systems that can deliver the scheme accurately and within legislative requirements. Now this has been achieved and the proposed options are ready for consultation, any further delays will only put back the awarding of the relief to local business ratepayers

Consultation process
Consultation will take place on the Council’s website and emails will be sent to all local businesses where we hold their details, with local business groups and with the GLA
