The value of the initial contract sum needs to be increased in order to allow for further packages of work to be undertaken. Additional work packages in relation to the Council’s Transformation Programme have been identified alongside other related work including actions to respond to the recent OFSTED report and its associated improvement plan and work for the Tower Hamlets Strategic Partnership and Community Plan development.
