1. updates on the progress being made in delivery of the Blackwall Reach Regeneration scheme and seeks authority to proceed with the next steps required, including the setting-up of a new Blackwall Trust to oversee the new central park when completed and to invest in community initiatives; and
2. seeks authority to make a new Compulsory Purchase Order to help ensure acquisition of parts of the existing open space which are not yet in the council’s ownership, to enable these to be landscaped, maintained and improved for inclusion in the new central park.
