ESF Community Employment Programme - Organisations Based in Council Buildings
To consider whether organisations based in Council buildings and are successful in securing funding through the ESF Community Employment Programme, which LBTH are match-funding, require an appropriate property agreement to be in place before grants can be released to them - as is the case with the Council’s Mainstream Grant Programme.
A decision is required so it can be included as part of the prospectus and eligibility requirements for this fund. In addition, so organisations are aware before they apply that if they are based in a Council building they must have an appropriate property agreement in place before funding can be released to them – if they are successful with their application.
