MSG Premises Update Report
To consider the recommendations relating to the release of MSG payments to the four named organisations as set out in the report who have now met the requirement of having an appropriate property arrangement in place and to consider the funding for MSG recipients in line with the July 2015 Commissioners’ decision regarding MSG recipients in Council buildings having appropriate property agreements in place.

Advice has been sought from colleagues in Asset Management. In addition the affected organisations and the THCVS have also been engaged with in order to ensure the appropriate property arrangements are now in place.
