Consultation process
Organisations in receipt of a Small Grant in 2016/17 have been consulted around the scope of grant funding and process for applying. Discussions with officers from the Third Sector Team have taken place to ensure that the grant fund meets all relevant requirements in relation to running a grants programme.
All organisations who received a grant from the 2016/17 Adults’ Services Small Grants for Pensioners’ Groups programme have been written to, inviting comments on the process and scope of the grant fund. A number of groups have also been visited by a relevant Council officer.
