Consultation process
The recommendations have arisen out of a challenge session with the Youth Service which has involved consultation with Members, a co-opted Member of Overview & Scrutiny and parent governor representing the public as well as external partners to the Council including Healthwatch and Osmani Trust.
Has an Equality Analysis been carried out and if so the result of this Assessment?: No - approving the report will result in accepting recommendations which ensure a good quality service for all young people in the borough, thereby eliminating discrimination and demonstrating compliance with the public sector equalities duty under the Equalities Act 2010.
