And to agree a draft budget for 2017/18 to be put forward for Full Council consideration.

Consultation process
A budget congress will be held where residents and other stakeholders will have the opportunity to contribute to the process.
Business groups will also be consulted through specific registered associations.

The council launched a budget consultation asking residents to help shape the future of council services.
The consultation ran until Sunday 20 November with residents’ feedback due to be considered by councillors in December.
