The Mayor has committed to bring the Henry Moore sculpture “Draped Seated Woman” (locally known as “Old Flo”) back to Tower Hamlets. This report will set out the proposed process for managing the sculpture’s return to the borough.

None. Legal and commissioner advice has determined that the selection of a local partner to host the sculpture should be treated as a procurement exercise. Options for returning the sculpture to the borough were developed through a cross-party working group convened by the Mayor and Lead Member for Culture.
