Consultation process
In October 2016, the Mayor sent out a letter to all residents informing them that he was minded to extend the council’s Management Agreement with THH for two further years to July 2020. The residents were also informed that the Mayor was always interested to hear their views on THH and the service it provides.
In addition, officers conducted three focus group sessions on the 3rd, 4th, and 5th of October 2016 to discuss the proposal to extend the MA. The three focus groups comprised of one session with leaseholders, and two sessions with tenants. Residents were asked to give their priorities on areas they wished THH to focus on during the remaining term of the MA. Results of the focus group sessions and residents’ priorities are respectively included in, and appended to the Cabinet report seeking the extension of the Management Agreement of the Council with THH.
