The paper requires a decision on the proposed approach to accommodating people with Learning Disabilities over the next three years.
It recommends analysis of approaches to reduce reliance on expensive out of borough residential care and a reconfiguration of existing supported living contracts which are due to expire Q2 and Q3 2017.
