Through regular stakeholder update meetings and project working group meetings with a mixture of internal and external bodies: 

·         Whitechapel Strategic Partnership Board – internal consultees (chaired by Mayor Biggs and attended by lead cabinet member) and external stakeholders, meeting quarterly

·         Royal Mail Group – external stakeholders

·         Barts NHS – external stakeholders

·         GLA – external stakeholders through Whitechapel High Street Fund project working group

·         Whitechapel Council Officer Steering Group – internal consultees, meeting quarterly

·         Scrutiny & Equalities – internal consultees

For all groups and particularly the Partnership Board and Steering Group, there has been ongoing consultation and stakeholder engagement over the project and its activities which will continue through our regular meetings.   This also applies to the level of capital spend on each building, as well as detailed costings etc. which will be reported back to the Partnership Board – noting however that this is a non-decision making body.
