B) To approve capital grant allocations of up to £300,000 for the Outpatients Building & Annexe and up to £200,000 for 206 Whitechapel Road.

For all groups and particularly the Partnership Board and Steering Group, there has been ongoing consultation and stakeholder engagement over the project and its activities which will continue through the regular meetings.
Has an Equality Analysis been carried out and if so the result of this Assessment?: A full EqIA is not required in this case, however the selection of workspace provider partners and allocation of capital amounts have been determined as per a selection process integrating elements of the LBTH Social Cohesion Toolkit.
