Community Safety Partnership Plan Review and Extension
To note the content of the revised Community Safety Partnership Plan 2013-16, note the content of the Report and the decision made by the CSP under its powers within the relevant legislation to extend the term of the Plan by 1 year, so that it remains aligned to the MOPAC Police and Crime Plan.
Agree that the Report and Revised Plan are taken before Full Council as per the Council Constitution for formal consideration.

Consultation process
Consultation has taken place within the Community Safety Partnership (CSP) members during the Plan review process (April – July 2015) and again during the CSP Planning Workshop on 8th September 2015, where the decision was made to extend the term by a year.
The Partnership is made up of key agencies within the borough with a statutory responsibility for community safety and key agencies with a vested interest in ensuring we work together to make the borough a safer place for everyone. Representatives of all CSP Subgroups, linked Safeguarding Children and Adults Boards, Tower Hamlets Council for Voluntary Services, Interfaith Forum, MOPAC, Safer Neighbourhood Board, Registered Social Landlords and Victim Support have all been consulted during this process (E.g. during CSP meetings, via emails outside of the meetings, at CSP Subgroup meetings and at the CSP Performance and Planning Workshop).
Has an Equality Analysis been carried out and if so the result of this Assessment?: An Equality Impact Assessment has been completed and will be attached as a supporting document to the report.
