The mayor is asked to agree to the proposal to purchase 1 Sergeant and 5 Constables from MOPAC under a section 92 agreement and to fund a council Partnership Coordinator to support enforcement teams and partners to focus on tackling and reducing ASB in the borough, including street prostitution.

Discussion at CSP Board, meetings with above mentioned colleagues to map out the brief and service specification. Feedback also through email exchange.
Consultees
Consultation has taken place with Borough Commander, Police colleagues, and community safety leads including enforcement in order to draw together a service specification. Briefings on the PTF3 have also been shared with the Mayor and Lead Member for Community Safety.
The PTF3 was also discussed at the Overview and Scrutiny Panel meeting as part of the Crime and Disorder spotlight on the 30th November 2015.
