A full public consultation was carried out on the Tower Hamlets Private Sector Housing Renewal Policy 2013-15, prior to approval by Cabinet on 31 July 2013. Through notice on website, advert in East End Life and by mailout to landlords.
All applications for housing grants under the Tower Hamlets Private Sector Housing Renewal Policy 2013-15, undergo an evaluation and scrutiny process by the Private Housing Grants Panel before being referred to the appropriate delegated officer for approval.
