i. Increase the number of Board members on the Tower Hamlets
Homes Board from eight to twelve comprising four Board members from each of the three constituent groups – residents, independents and Council nominees.
ii. Agree that the composition of the four resident board members encompass two tenants and two leaseholders.
iii. Add an independent board member to the current quorum of two Council members, and one resident member. Adopt the revised THH’s Articles of Association appended at appendix 1
