Mayor's Cup - Community Grants

2. Commissioner’s to further note that the Council is not the decision making authority and the sponsors making the awards are the providers of the allocated funds.
As the Council (The Commissioners by Direction) are not the decision makers or the funders in this instance the report is presented to the Commissioners for noting.
