To agree officer recommendations with regard to all MSG projects within the extended programme RAG rated Amber.

Reason for urgency:
As agreed within the MSG report of 11 March 2015, any project rated Amber following Quarter 3 monitoring (Oct-Dec 2014) received 3 month extended funding and, subject to performance monitoring during Quarter 4: Jan/Mar 2015, could receive a further 2 months extension.
This report provides Commissioners with an updated position on the Amber rated projects together with officer recommendations with regard to the issue of the further extension.
