Genesis Mental Health Contract Award
PDF 80 KBCabinet will be asked to grant the:
a) authority to proceed to a competitive tender exercise for Teresa House and Hamlets Way Mental Health Accommodation Contracts;
b) authority to put in place the short contractual extension required to facilitate the procurement of these services as an open tender as compared with letting the contract via the Supporting People Framework Agreement as originally intended.
c) authority for the Corporate Director for ESCW to agree the contract award in consultation with the Mayor.
