The Service Head for the ICT Client Team and HR talent strategy manager have prepared the action plan in response to the recommendations put forward by OSC.
Has an Equality Analysis been carried out and if so the result of this Assessment?: The recommendations contained in the report will advance equality of opportunity for council employees with specific learning difficulties (hidden disabilities). In line with the Equality Act 2010 and the Public Sector Equality Duty, embedding recommendations will also ensure that staff members are shown due regard and their needs are considered in professional/personal development plans and workforce strategy planning.
