The Service Head Learning and Achievement – Early Years has been consulted, and has prepared the action plan in response to the recommendations put forward by OSC.
Has an Equality Analysis been carried out and if so the result of this Assessment?: No. An Equality Analysis Quality Assurance Checklist of the decisions in the report has been undertaken and no protected equalities characteristics have been found to be disproportionately affected. The Assurance checklist is appended to the report. An equality analysis was undertaken by the service as part of process of producing the school allocations policy.
