Consultation process
Legal, Finance and Procurement have been involved in the transfer of drug / alcohol treatment services prior to and since public health duties were assumed in April 2013.
A needs assessment has been undertaken consulting with service providers, service users and key partners and will continue throughout the procurement process proposed.
Has an Equality Analysis been carried out and if so the result of this Assessment?: No - will be part of procurement process
