Consultation process
Two consultations have already taken place on iterations of this document. The consultations have involved:
· Making the relevant documents available on the Council’s website, at the borough’s main libraries and Idea Stores and at the Town Hall.
· Advertising the consultation for two consecutive weeks in the East End Life paper.
· Sending letters advertising the consultation to relevant and interested parties.
Regular briefings have been presented to the Lead Member for Housing Councillor Rabina Khan, the Lead member for Resources Alibor Choudhury, and Mayor Lutfur Rahman regarding the evolution of the CIL.

Consultations were undertaken on iterations of this document on the following dates:
· 16th November 2012 – 2nd January 2013
· 22nd April 2013 – 5th June 2013
Further consultation took place across directorates and with key partners, third sector partners and elected Members.
