To consider the two (2) sets of Byelaws proposed for Queen Elizabeth II Olympic Park Byelaws, one in respect of Parks and Open Spaces and one in respect of Public Conveniences, and to give executive sign off agreeing that Byelaws may go forward to full Council for making.
