- Adopt capital estimates for insulation works on HRA properties totalling £1,000,000=New Homes Bonus set aside for energy efficiency works by Full Council on 22/02/2012.
· Authorise the Corporate Director Development and Renewal in consultation with Assistant Chief Executive (Legal Services) to settle the terms of the contract with the eventual successful bidder following a competitive procurement process.
· Authorise the Assistant Chief Executive (Legal Services) enter into all necessary document to implement the decisions made in respect of this report.
