Harriott, Apsley, Pattison (HAP) Houses Regeneration Scheme – Approval to Award Build Contract
The paper will seek Cabinet approval to award
the build contract for the redevelopment of Harriott, Apsley and
Pattison Houses, known as HAP, for the delivery of 400 plus new
mixed tenure homes and the reprovision of the existing community
space.
The scheme will provide high quality replacement homes for existing
residents, new council homes for families in housing need and new
homes for sale to help fund the scheme.
