Consultation process
The commercial property owners affected by the
proposal have been contacted directly by the Council.
The Council will also undertake a pre-CPO engagement process with
affected parties to review the impact to their property or land
interest and to explain the CPO process in further detail. Prior to
making the Order the Council will send pre-CPO letters to all
identified property interests to explain the process and the impact
to their individual rights
