Corporate Peer Challenge Action Plan – Position Statement and Organisational Impact
The London Borough of Tower Hamlets has made
significant strides in addressing the recommendations of the Local
Government Association (LGA) Corporate Peer Challenge (CPC),
demonstrating a commitment to continuous improvement and a
proactive approach to change. The council is on track to reach 84%
completion of actions aligned to the CPC recommendations by
September 2024.
The council welcomes a progress review from the LGA to further
validate the progress made and to identify any additional areas for
improvement. We are urging the LGA to conduct this review as soon
as possible to provide valuable feedback and support for our
ongoing efforts
