To ask that the Council adopt a clear and
concise policy relating to household rubbish and recycling
collections in Tower Hamlets that defines the roles and
responsibilities of the Council, its residents and other
responsible parties involved in the management of domestic
waste.

Managing Agent organisations within the borough on
19/03/2024.
No other consultation has been carried out at this stage as we have
been advised it is not required for this policy to be adopted and
the requirements it asks of householders and responsible persons
fall within primary national legislation.
