Advocacy Service is undergoing a service review to plan a
transformative recommission to improve the Council’s support
offer for our children in our care. Due to unforeseen circumstances
and unexpected staff changes this item requests to extend the
current service contract from 1st February until 1st December 2024
to ensure there is ample time to complete the service review,
recommission and implementation of the new contract ensuring
