Mudchute Farm, Park and Allotments, Pier Road E14; Variation of Lease Terms
Cabinet approval was granted in June 2019 to
surrender the existing Mudchute Association lease and grant a new
99 year term.
The new lease has yet to complete, and the Mayor has requested that
the lease term be reconsidered, therefore this requires a new
Cabinet approval to vary the existing Cabinet decision.
