Consultation process
Consultation on the future of housing management services.
Primary stakeholders were tenants and leaseholders who were invited
to respond to a survey and qualitatively via email address or at
drop-in events. Secondary stakeholders included borough residents,
taxpayers, Members, THH Board and LBTH & THH staff who were
invited to share their views via dedicated email address. The
consultation ran for 8 weeks
