IT Contract Procurement Approval Q1 2022
The Council holds a portfolio of contracts for
IT applications, and other services where the cost of change is
likely to exceed any saving from re-procurement and need to agree
an appropriate way of managing these.
Renewing support and maintenance of these contracts will ensure
service continuity, minimise the risk of critical service failure,
and maximise return on investment on these contracts.
