Tenancy Agreement Review and Recommendations (Post-Consultation)
The council consulted its tenants on proposed
changes to the tenancy agreement. The statutory consultation took
place over 6 weeks between 6th and 17th October 2021. This report
advises Mayor and Cabinet of the outcome of the consultation
process and seeks approval to proceed with the introduction of the
revised tenancy agreement, including a decision on whether to
rescind the second succession policy.
