This report seeks agreement to progress the
delivery of a regeneration project at Stepney for the redevelopment
of Harriott, Apsley, Pattison Houses (the Site).
Approval of this report’s recommendations will help
facilitate the delivery of the scheme and, more broadly the
delivery of a regenerated estate, providing a great place for
residents to live with high-quality new homes and a new community
centre.
