This report seeks agreement to progress the delivery of a regeneration project at Stepney for the redevelopment of Harriott, Apsley, Pattison Houses (the Site).

Approval of this report’s recommendations will help facilitate the delivery of the scheme and, more broadly the delivery of a regenerated estate, providing a great place for residents to live with high-quality new homes and a new community centre.

Extensive community consultation has been carried out with residents for the past 2 years including an estate regeneration ballot.

Has an Equality Analysis been carried out and if so the result of this Assessment?: An EQIA has been carried out and there are mainly positive impacts. The negative impacts have all been mitigated.

What supporting documents or other information will be available?: Rehousing guides for resident and non-resident leaseholders, secure tenants. Landlord offer to all residents. Schedule of land interests to be acquired.
