The Commercial Road Car Pound site at 585-593 Commercial Road is used by the Council to accommodate various Public Realm services.   However, the site is not fully utilised.  It has potential for redevelopment and could be sold for a significant capital receipt.   The report proposes that the site is declared surplus to requirements and sold.
