improvements grants scheme to be delivered under the Middlesex St
Regeneration programme as it will benefit businesses in this
area.
The cost of the works will be paid for under the Middlesex Street
Regeneration Programme, with businesses benefiting from the scheme
contributing 10%.
The scope of shopfront work includes replacing solid metal shutters
with open grills and oversized or broken signage and protecting
heritage features in the façade to uplift the visual appeal
of the street.
